We believe that the toughest part of joining a Boxing Club is walking through the front door for the first time, we also know that people are afraid that learning to box means getting a black eye and a bloody nose, however we at Trinity Boys Boxing Club demystifies the boxing experience and alleviates your worst fears. However Boxing is a contact sport and like all sports there is a risk of injury involved for anybody who participates. We are not a gym or a social club so if you just want to get fit or make friends a boxing club is not the place for you. A high level of fitness and discipline is required in boxing, so all our boxers are expected to train three times per week and after been taught to a acceptable level you will be required to spar then box on a regular basis.

Membership to Trinity Boys A.B.C. the club normally runs from August thru to May 3/4 times weekly for children age 10-17 years. There is also a nursery class on Sunday mornings from 11:00 - 12:00 for children age 8-10 years. For those interested in joining download a application form, linked below and call down to the club with either a Parent or Guardian, were your application can be validated. We are based at Trinity Sports & Leisure Centre, Hole in the wall road, Dublin 13. All new members wanting to become boxers are taken on a three month trial basis and reviewed then after.

Parents/Guardians always when dropping of children should check with staff what time boxing ends before leaving. All staff committee members and trainers work on a voluntary basis and we also have a child protection officer at the club. It is also important that Parents/Guardians assist us by setting  example to you’re children to show appreciation and courtesy towards staff at all times, we are a voluntary organization whose aim is to make amenities available for local children and always appreciate any assistance towards general suggestions, sponsorship and donations however any unauthorized personnel deemed to be intervening with the work of coaching staff will be asked to leave as all club coach’s are I.A.B.A. qualified as they do know what is best in the interest of all Boxers.
